By accessing or using IntroHater ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IntroHater is a metadata service that provides timing information (skip segments) for video content. The Service:

• Generates HLS manifests with byte-range instructions
• Provides community-contributed skip segment timing data
• Offers a Stremio addon for integrating skip functionality

IntroHater does not host, store, stream, download, upload, or distribute any video content. The Service only provides metadata that instructs video players on which portions of a stream to skip.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you access through your own streaming services and accounts
• Ensuring your use of third-party services (including Real-Debrid) complies with their terms
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• The accuracy of skip segments you contribute to the community
• Safeguarding your API keys and credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious skip segment data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Community Contributions

When you submit skip segments:

• You grant IntroHater a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the timing data
• You represent that your contribution is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• We reserve the right to modify or remove contributions at our discretion

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of skip segment data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all video sources or players

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTROHATER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Content accessed through third-party services
• Actions taken by third parties, including Real-Debrid or content providers
• Inaccurate skip segments that may cause you to miss content

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntroHater and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you access using the Service

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Real-Debrid and OMDb. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Update these Terms of Service
• Restrict access to users who violate these Terms

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
